These terms are maintained by Alliant Energy Ltd and apply to your use of this website and to enquiries, quotes and survey bookings made through it. Any installation we carry out is also covered by the separate written contract you sign before work begins; where the two differ, that contract takes precedence.

You may use this site for your own information and to make genuine enquiries. You agree not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or submit false details or another person's details without their permission. Content, images and branding on this site belong to Alliant Energy Ltd or our partners and may not be reproduced without permission.

Quotes, estimates and calculators

Prices, savings figures, payback periods and generation estimates shown on this site or produced by our online calculators are indicative only. They depend on assumptions about your property, energy use, tariff and future energy prices, and they are not a guarantee of performance or savings. A firm price is only given in a written quotation, and may be revised following a technical survey if the property differs from the information supplied.

Surveys and appointments

Booking a survey through this site is a request for an appointment, confirmed by us by email, SMS or phone. Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to change or cancel. A survey does not commit you to purchase, and we will not carry out chargeable work without your written agreement.

Contact and follow-up

When you submit an enquiry you agree that we may contact you about it by email, SMS or telephone. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying to any message or emailing us.

Finance

Alliant Energy Ltd is an Introducer Appointed Representative (Financial Services Register No. 1020779) of Phoenix Financial Consultants Limited (Phoenix). Phoenix is a credit broker, not a lender, and is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FRN: 539195). All finance is subject to status and credit checks. We do not give financial advice.

Grants and third-party schemes

Information about grants, funding schemes and tariffs is provided for general guidance and can change without notice. Eligibility is decided by the relevant scheme administrator or energy supplier, not by us.

Liability

We take care to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that it is complete or error-free, or that the site will always be available. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.

Governing law
