Not for a new gas or oil boiler in most cases. The exception is Rochdale, where the council's Eco-Matters Healthy Homes Grant can pay for boiler replacement for residents on means-tested benefits, with a long-term health condition or with household income under £36,000, funded to 31 March 2027 (Rochdale Borough Council (https://www.rochdale.gov.uk/energysaving)).
